This Privacy Policy explains how Audacious Pixel ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Plenty Signature (the "Service"). We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service well.

• Account information — name, work email, password (stored hashed), and workspace details you provide;
• Signature content — the names, titles, contact details, logos, images, and links you add to signatures and templates;
• Usage and analytics — clicks on tracked links in your signatures, and basic product usage needed to operate and improve the Service;
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and cookies used to keep you signed in and secure.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• To render and host your signatures and campaign assets;
• To provide click analytics to workspace administrators;
• To process payments, prevent fraud, and provide support;
• To send service-related communications.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers ("subprocessors") who help us run the Service, under contract and only as needed, including:

• Paddle — payment processing and merchant-of-record services;
• Hosting and email providers — to run the application and send transactional email.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, unless we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and notify you of significant incidents as required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@plentysignature.com. Workspace administrators can manage most member data directly in the app.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or within the Service.
